Hey so I have an outdoor camera and a subscription, but sometimes the videos that are logged, do not play back at all.
example, I have 5, 30 second video clips on my events tab. But only 2 of those 5 play back any video. I know they are not photos because they all have a 30 second time displayed next to each event.
