For the past 2 weeks I have events captured but when I attempt to view them video freezes and I have to close out app to be able to return. I can delete on ‘events’ tab but the events remain on the Home tab. I’ve reset the doorbell but without making any difference

To delete events on the home tab, tap on the event, then select the three dots. You will then see the delete icon.

I’ve had this doorbell over a year so I KNOW HOW to delete files, please note in my initial comments this is not emptying the files from the Home Screen even though I’ve deleted them on the Events tab

I’m technically astute; ive done all the noobie stuff like what you requested. Even removed doorbell and did resets to factory and same screen appears minus actual vids because I deleted them on Events screen
