Let's see if this will work for you.
- Ensure that your Roku video doorbell and Roku Smart Home app is up to date
- Reset your Roku vIdeo doorbell by following the steps below:
- Open the Home screen on your Roku Smart Home app
- Select your device
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete device
