Thanks for letting us know that you're also having an issue with the SD card on your camera. We're here to help.
Here are some steps you can try:
- Make sure the Roku Smart Home app and camera firmware are up to date.
- Remove the microSD card, power cycle the camera, then reinsert the microSD card.
- Remove the microSD card, factory reset the camera, then reinsert the microSD card.
- Check to see if another device will recognize the microSD card (i.e. another camera, computer, etc.).
- Reformat the microSD card.
If the issue persists, please let us know.
