Hi, @Anakalina
Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.
We acknowledge the issue you've encountered, and we're here to assist. Seeing that you're unable to update the firmware on your Roku Doorbell and Chime, we have provided a step to resolve the issue below. We recommend following those steps precisely to get the best results.
Reset your Device
Factory reset the devices and then set them up again. This should be a last resort for troubleshooting purposes since it removes all preferences and settings. For help, learn how to reset your smart home device.
- Unmount your doorbell but leave it connected to the power
- Press the Reset button
- Wait for your doorbell to restart
After a successful reset, you will hear "Ready to connect" and you will see the status light flashing yellow.
Use the next list of steps if you also need to factory reset your Chime SE.
- Plug in your chime if not already powered on
- Press and hold the Setup button for 5 seconds until you hear "Reset successfully"
If you need help connecting your video doorbell and chime again, visit the Roku Video Doorbell & Chime SE setup instructions.
We hope this works.
Best wishes,
Kash
