I got wireless video doorbell as a gift and have been trying to set it up for the last few days without any success. I continue to get the message to ensure my phone is near my doorbell and that the pairing failed and to reset the device and try again even after it says that is completed. When I do this, it continues to give me the same message, this is really frustrating and I'm ready to have it returned and purchase a different product where I would have much more success on the first try. Can you tell me what the solution to this problem is?
