Thank you for letting us know that you are having trouble getting event notifications on your Roku Smart Home app from your Roku Camera. No worries, we're here to help.
Before we start, we would like to know if you are getting an event recording on your Roku camera.
In the meantime, we recommend you try the following:
- Ensure that your Roku Smart Home app and device are up to date.
- Uninstall the Roku Smart Home app and reinstall it again.
- Try to install the Roku Smart Home app with another mobile device and see if the same issue occurs.
