Indoor Roku camera wont go past Ready to Connect. Chose wifi and entered password.  QR code appears but never requests QR code. Continues stating Ready to Connect. Never goes further. Tried about 6 times. Wifi is 20 ft from camera. What is maximum range from router for camera?

We appreciate you letting us know about the issue with your Roku camera not connecting to the internet. No worries, we're here to help.

We highly suggest that you test your Wi-Fi range. Please follow the steps below:

1. Tap Home from the navigation bar
2.   Select your device
3. Tap Settings  in the corner
4. Select Device info
5. Check the three bars to see the signal quality

 If your device has no bars or one bar, try moving or mounting it closer to your router. If the issue persists, follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Ensure your Roku Smart Home app is up to date.
2. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
   > iOS: Open the App Store^® on your iOS device and search for "Roku Smart Home mobile app", or visit the online App Store and download the latest version.
   > Android: Open the Google Play^™ store on your Android device and search for "Roku Smart Home mobile app", or visit the online Google Play store and download the latest version.
3. Restart your camera: Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera > Wait 10 seconds > Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera.
