Re: Indoor camera not recording

I figured out why my cameras arent recording, the smart home app shows i dont have a subscription, but I do, I pay for the camera plus subscription. Im signing in with the exact same login, on both the website and the smart home app, and the subscription section in the app is empty. I have tried all the typical troubleshooting, logging out, logging back in, logging out, then logging back in typing out the full login, uninstalling the app, reinstalling the app, the subscription section is still empty. I am paying for a service but not getting the service. This is the second major issue ive had that prevents me from getting the service im paying for. This is approaching theft and I am about ready to take legal action and form a class action suit with the rest of the people on here that are also not getting the service they are paying for. I changed nothing, not my phone, not the app, not the cameras. It just started saying i dont have a subscription when i do. You took my money, now provide the service or i will see you in court.

Re: Indoor camera not recording

Sounds like mine also .but my big issue is I'm paying for the service and also have SD cards in the cameras an it still only records when it wants too .at night it's stops at 130am an starts back recording at 740am for some reason every night .. what's the point in paying when it has a mind of it's own !!! This system is getting so frustrating already

Re: Indoor camera not recording

I finally gave up on this junk. I had Arlo outside and roku inside. I got rid of them all and went with Wyze cameras. Was skeptical because Wyze originally made cameras for roku but they are two separate companies.
Wyze has all kinds of cool cameras for a great price. I still pay like $10 a month subscription but it’s unlimited cameras. And I have 8 cameras and they all work and record perfectly.
