Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your Roku camera up and running.

Hopefully this will help but if not here are some other ideas I had
- I would check to see if there are any firmware updates. Are you comfortable navigating the Roku smart home app? It should tell you if there's an update and if so that could be the problem..
- Have your tried connecting other devices recently to the network?
- Make sure you're trying to connect to the 2.4 wifi network,
- You could also restart your router. Just unplug it, leave it unplugged for a minute or so and then plug it back in. This has worked for me with getting my Roku devices back on my Wifi.
