When I bought my Roku cameras, I bought the keep onn., 256 GB micro SDXC cards also. There’s more than enough storage, but every day or every other day, I am notified that I need to Format them again. Please advise?
Also, would somebody be kind enough to tell me how to get the notification videos to pop up on my Roku smart TVs? I have the app in my streaming, but I mean one time when I got a notification, I actually saw it come up automatically on my screen, and I didn’t initiate that though. it only happened once, I’ve been in settings, I’ve seen the wording, but it won’t let me click on it at all. Thank you.

Hi @JL24,
Thanks for getting back!
We appreciate you for providing additional information about the issue with your Roku camera's microSD card.
We understand that while the microSD card offers ample storage, we still recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to see if they make any difference:
- Reformat the microSD card.
- Remove the microSD card, power cycle the camera, then reinsert the microSD card. Click here: How to install a micro SD card in your Roku Smart Home Camera
- Remove the microSD card, factory reset the camera, then reinsert the microSD card. Click here: How to factory reset your Roku Smart Home device
- Check to see if another device (e.g., another camera, computer, etc.) will recognize the microSD card.
- If multiple devices do not detect the microSD card or it is having the same error, then it may be corrupted, so we suggest trying another microSD card.
- If another device recognizes the microSD card and will work, please let us know.
We look forward to your response.
Regards,

Re: Constantly notified to Format Camaras
Thank you for responding. Firmware updates are current, and I have all devices with keep onn. 256 GB microSDXC Cards. Each camera still requires, “File System Exceptions, Format micro SD cards”.
