I can go to the Roku camera channel and view my Roku security cameras, but I wanted to move the channel icon up in my list. It will not let me get to that point when I press on the star key from my home channel page (roku cameras icon). It just goes around and around, then says not connected to the internet. But it is. Help?

Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for posting regarding the issue you are experiencing with moving channels on the Home screen.

Have you tried moving other channels on your Home screen to see if you are experiencing the same issue? If you are unable to move other channels on your Home screen, this would indicate that you likely have a wireless network connectivity issue.

Thank you! I tried again later, and it was resolved; so I guess it was not a good internet connection earlier.
