I have gotten a message from Hallmark Plus.com I pay Hallmark throught Roku

To start, have you tried checking your account subscription? 

To check, you may follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices forContent or Products

If you're unable to see the subscription, we suggest reaching out to the channel provider and inquiring further, as they are the ones who could provide further details regarding their channel functionality on the Roku platform. You can reach them through their direct Hallmark Support

Furthermore, you may follow this support article on how to view your Roku purchase history and charges to your account
