Now that I've moved, I want the correct address on file under MY Account. Why isn't this option available to change it?

I don't even see my address on my account. But then, I also removed the credit card since I don't subscribe through Roku.
If you do have billing through Roku, you should check your Payments screen.
Otherwise, they don't need your address.
