I moved but can't find where to change my address on file.

Now that I've moved, I want the correct address on file under MY Account. Why isn't this option available to change it?

We'd be happy to help you update your address to your Roku account.

In order to update your address, you need to update your payment method.

Here are the steps:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go to Payment Method
  3. Update your payment method

You may also update it through your streaming device:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Payment Method
  4. Select Update payment method and provide the required information
  5. For credit or debit card: enter your payment information in each field as it appears on your credit or debit card and select Save card

I don't even see my address on my account. But then, I also removed the credit card since I don't subscribe through Roku.

If you do have billing through Roku, you should check your Payments screen.

Otherwise, they don't need your address.
