Unable to update payment information

I need to update my payment information.

I have entered my new CC information correctly, I receive an error message in red at the top of the screen.

I've double check all my CC information - it is correct.

Yes, the account information, billing address, zip, phone, name on card are all correct.

I've used the help menu, but that doesn't give me options.

I've tried canceling my subscription to Peacock, but that does not work.

Is there a live agent I can speak to?

Go to Roku's customer support page, select account payments & Subscriptions, a different account issue, then you can select chat or talk to them by phone.  I am not sure if support is open for Christmas day though.
