Unable to update payment information

I need to update my payment information.

I have entered my new CC information correctly, I receive an error message in red at the top of the screen.

I've double check all my CC information - it is correct.

Yes, the account information, billing address, zip, phone, name on card are all correct.

I've used the help menu, but that doesn't give me options.

I've tried canceling my subscription to Peacock, but that does not work.

Is there a live agent I can speak to?

Update the payment method in your Roku account

On the Roku website:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Select Payment methods
  3. Select the 3 dots on the right to make updates or select ‘Replace payment method’ to add a new payment method
  4. Select 'Edit' to update your payment method or 'Remove' to delete it
  5. Enter your updated information in the form and select 'Save'

On your Roku device:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Payment method
  4. Select Update payment method

Our billing team is ready to assist you directly. You can contact them by phone or live chat at Roku Support and select the option for "Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions."

Go to Roku's customer support page, select account payments & Subscriptions, a different account issue, then you can select chat or talk to them by phone.  I am not sure if support is open for Christmas day though.
