Hi @JWF657,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We understand your concerns about the "CBS Interactive and Paramount Plus" charge from your account.

Please be aware that this charge is for a Paramount Plus channel subscription billed through Roku Pay. Paramount Plus channel is formerly known as the CBS All Access channel.

If you noticed this charge on your credit card or bank statement. Here's a step guide on how to handle it:

Note: If you do not see your subscription in your Roku purchase history but see it on a credit, debit, or other financial statement, it means that you purchased the subscription directly through the service provider and not through Roku. You'll need to contact that service provider directly for help with your bill for that subscription.

You can reach them here: Paramount Plus Support.

If you continue to have questions about a charge, feel free to contact our Account-Billing team.

We hope you'll find this information helpful. Please let us know if you need further assistance or clarification.

All the best,
Chel
