Charges I can’t get rid of…to confusing

Absolutely impossible to cancel 7.99 charge from my card every month for peacock!!

who can help I’m sick of getting charged for a channel I can see anything on.

Thanks for reaching us about canceling a subscription. No worries, we're here to help.

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go to My Subscriptions
  3. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew
    Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

Note: Make sure that you sign in with the email address associated with your streaming player. To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.

actually the bill says “Roku for peacock tv”
