Where is my VIP Premium Subscriptions?

On January 8, 2024 I added the one month trial in the amount of $1.99 was few days later again I paid $8.99 for a free commercial plan, then they offered a VIP Premium for $11.99 all of these charges thru my debit card then the last charges was for a whole year subscription in the amount of $89.00 on Han. 9, 2024, when noticed the mistake I  cancelled that plan and asked for a total Refund, my bank reversed that amount but later found out they wont refund the money per their rules, they replied no refund, I cancelled my debit card with my bank and the bank debited my $89.00 again to recover their money.  Now I want iQIYI to grant or restored my year subscription. There is no way to contact then directly. Please update my account.

To manage your subscription or want to resubscribe, you can manage the app either by using your Roku device or through our website. Just follow these steps:

How to manage channel subscriptions using Roku Device:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote 
     
  2. Scroll and highlight the channel tile (iQIYI app.)
  3. Press the star * button.
  4. Scroll and select Manage app. (You manage by subscribing or unsubscribing through this step)

How to manage channel subscriptions using the Roku website or Roku account:

  1. Sign in to your Roku account.
  2. Scroll and select Subscriptions
  3. Under active subscriptions (Choose the subscription you want to cancel or renew)

You can also visit our support website for more information on How to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription.
