When I sgni in actle subscription  don't  come  up i did get on list  peacock  name was not on list so I could not cancle list has not been updated  since 2023 I wasn't to cancle peacock

Peacock tv.com  said it  is through  ruku and ruku takes money out of checking acct

I'm trying to cancel my Peacock subscription but my problem is i had my Roku for eight yrs and just bought a new with a new email so no subscription is showing up

I had a different email with my old Roku tv i just bought a new Roku tv and had to use my new email because my other one got hacked a few yrs ago so yes i have two i called my babk and it's getting taken off if my debit card through Roku

@MaryB1949, your should still be able to sign into your old Roku account at https://my.roku.com and manage your subscription there.

If you don't have, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.

Here are the steps to cancel a subscription:

1. Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions
2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
   Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
