Just a heads up, some subscriptions give you a one-time 7-day free trial only when you sign up for the first time, and others don’t offer any free trial at all. If you’ve subscribed to these services before, that could explain why you can’t access the free trial now. Just let me know if you’re certain you haven’t subscribed to this before, and we’ll dig deeper into it. I hope this answers your questions clearly

Sincere thanks. But I have no idea how many times I've subscribed to anything on my Roka TV or what I've subscribed to other than it has been many many times going on 4 years now.

I believe I missed that part where it should have mentioned that before I agreed to the 7-Day free trial. Sincere thanks again.
