Trying to Cancel a subscription

I've canceled a subscription called Zeus 3 times now. I've turned off auto renewal and ever month it still charges me. What do I need to do to get this stopped. This is ridiculous

We appreciate you contacting us regarding the cancellation of your subscription and the continued charges. We are happy to help.

If you're still getting charged after you've canceled your subscription and the billing cycle has ended, please follow the instructions on identifying charges you don't recognize, especially if you see an invoice with "Roku for ___" and don't know what streaming subscription it refers to. 

If you still have issues after doing so, contact customer support for help.
