Roku and doordash team up ,I got a email on 12/16 now roku or doordash seem to know nothing about it and I want a refund now, I have contacted doordash and they don't see the payment and roku make it difficult to contact them ,I am asking for a refund from roku or doordash

Please be aware that all transactions from Roku appear with the company name ("Roku") on credit card and bank statements.
In addition, have you verified that you currently do not have any active subscriptions by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions?
For further assistance, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team. Please get in touch with them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you.
