Still taking out of old acccount !!!

It says cancel ..then take off payment method. It shows correct card, you guys don't change it your still taking out of wrong card !!! Upsetting me... fix this now please... or call me at 541-992-5217 

So we can go over stuff on why it's not changing to other account that shows right now when I go into Roku ???

@Alexzalamea, contact account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus and remove your phone number from you post by clicking the three dots and choosing the Edit option unless you want a scammer to call you.
