I have had ROKU'S since they first came out, before anyone else even knew what they were, and never had an issue until today. I am sorely disappointed that I am unable to find any way to contact the company or to chat with a representative. The 'help' section does nothing but run one in circles. As for the problem ~
I saw an ad on my TV for a Roku Express HD for $19.99. I elected to have an email sent to me with the ad, which I received. However, when I was taken to the page to purchase this item, the price was $24.99. I find no way to rectify this problem so, therefore, will not be purchasing one. I wonder how many sales are lost because we cannot communicate with someone.
