How do I complete the setup of a new device without having to give Roku my credit card info? I don't feel it's necessary to give them my info if I don't ever plan on making any purchases.

I'm trying to set up for the first time and the "skip" option is not available. I absolutely do NOT want to give out payment details when I do not intend to be purchasing anything.
Please advise how I can set up the device without this, thank you.
I've heard stories that bits of the site fail to appear on mobile devices. (And/or may appear/disappear based on screen orientation.) If you're using a phone, try a computer.
