STARZ subscription via Roku is not what was advertised

I’m having the same issue they said it was going to be $1.99 for the first 3 months but days later they charged me $8.99 Im for sure canceling my subscription not trusting Roku again

What a joke ROKU is.  I hit the subscription contact us link....  Spinning circle....  

 

I want to get a refund for MLB your service sucks!  I want a refund.  I want a refund. Your contact us link does not work.  Please give an email or phone number.  What a joke.
