I also have a charge for Roku for Warner Media, which appeared on my bank account for $16.03. I can't install it and it's not installed anywhere on my system, no subscriptions etc. Please advise.

Hi, @Judy49.
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We'd be happy to help you cancel the subscription on your account.
There are two ways to cancel a subscription, via a website and through your streaming device.
Here are the steps to cancel a subscription through the website:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to My Subscriptions.
- Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
To cancel the subscription through your streaming device, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription
We hope you'll find this information helpful. Let us know if you still have any questions.
Regards,
Reynan
