I have the same issue and My account also doesn't have the subscription listed. It shouldn't have even charged my account without my code. It never asked for a code while I was watching a move on the Roku Channel that is supposed to be free. And yes, I have a code. No other family members but me an my husband so I know it wasn't anyone else. I think this is embezzling from your Roku customers and I'm starting to think I need to just get rid of Roku if your going to start this **bleep**.
@jwBSSmith Remove your card from your Roku account. I do not have a card in my account. All my subscriptions are paid directly to that company. You could have watch a free movie which started a 7 day trial. Was the movie on HBO Max through the Roku channel?
@jwBSSmith If your charge was for Warner Media (the topic of this thread), look to see if you have a subscription to HBO Max on your Roku account. Look on your user web page (https://my.roku.com). If there's no subscription listed there for Max (or anything else), then you have not been billed by Roku, regardless of what your bill says. See the comments earlier in this thread about how the scammers operate.
If you have no subscriptions through Roku, then immediately contact your cc issuer and contest the charge. Chances are your cc information has been stolen, and you should strongly consider asking them to cancel your card and issue a new one. If one scammer has your info, it's likely others do as well.
this doesn't help.....
The only solution i have found is contact my bank let them know. After and if It hard posts for Roku Warner Media they will file a fraud investigation and have the charges reversed. This is best solution I can offer anyone. I try customer support answer the question and then last page just says <BACK> no continue no call this number no nothing. The support links do not work.
