I am having the exact same issue it isn't with allblk it's a roku issue. Because roku is controlling access to streaming. There isn't a contact number to help and I paid for a year long subscription. Feels like I got scammed from Roku. I can't cancel it already purchased my bank said contact Roku, but it's this bull**bleep** instead of a contact number to a person. Even if u cancel it won't recognize ur email address bcuz it already exists. Never buy another roku and telling my followers on all social media platforms. No help to resolve issue!!!! This is stupid!

Hello, I had to unplug both cords attached to my Roku box and then turn off my TV. Then turn on mt TV and then turn on my Roku box.
Same thing happening to me. Took money out but saying I can’t watch it because I have two subscriptions when I only have one.
