First, edit your post and remove your email address. It's extremely dangerous to post such info in a public forum. Click the three vertical dots to the right of your post and select Edit reply.
Now, are you saying there is no subscription shown when you log into your Roku user account? If so, then you are not being billed by Roku. Scammers get your CC information from the dark web and can submit fake bills to your CC. They can enter anything they like in a text field to describe who is making the charge, so they choose a known name used by Roku customers. If this is the case, you need to contest the charge, and ask your CC company to cancel your card and issue you one with a new number. If your CC info is floating in the dark web, it will likely continue to happen.
