Why was I charged 12.01 for Disney, I got the Hulu plan that included Disney and ESPN . So I being charged twice for the account

We see that you're being charged twice for a subscription. In this case, we suggest reaching out to the channel provider and inquiring further, as they are the best ones who could provide further details regarding their channel functionality on the Roku platform. You can reach them through their direct Disney Plus Support

Here's how:

You may also update your payment method on your streaming player.

Here's how:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Payment Method
  4. Select Add payment method or Update payment method and provide the required information
  5. For credit or debit card: enter your payment information in each field as it appears on your credit or debit card and select Save card
  6. For Paypal: a link will be sent connecting to your PayPal account

Furthermore, you may also visit this support article on how to update your Roku payment method

@bflagg2003, you can change your payment information by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku account under Settings->System->About.
