Is it possible that you have more than one Roku account? If you have more than one Roku device, check the email address that's displayed on each one under Settings->System->About. You can also manage subscriptions that are through Roku by highlighting the app's icon on your Home Screen and pressing * on your Roku remote. There should be a "Manage subscription" option if the subscription is through Roku. If the premium service is provided through the "Roku Channel" app, I don't think that option is available.
