We are military family, trying to get normality at home after a tragedy, I bought a $129.00 Roku, that stopped connecting, called Roku "SALES" for help over and over, and was told to buy another one; out of desperation I bought another one for over $100.00 thru this website -- except I NEVER RECEIVED IT, I have called, emailed this website contact us -- many, many times for many months; I too emailed officers for this company, and never got my refund or the product.
There is NOTHING anywhere online that shows that they respond to anyone or take responsibility for poor/missing customer service, product failure or customer service calls, to the contrary, there is NO obvious way to contact Roku, why, why there is lack of service for those who fund the company? there is also what is called "Consumer Protection Agency" who loves such stories, and competition.
Where is my refund?
