Order processing for 26 days- suggestions?

I placed an order for 2 roku items for Christmas gifts on December 4, 2023. My card was charged on December 5. I have called roku support twice and put in 3 support tickets. I have been told each time someone would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. This has not happened. Roku will not cancel the order, but they have not shipped it for over 3 weeks even though the website says they will ship within 2 business days. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?

Order number 
I ordered two items on December 4. They did not show up. I did not get my order. It is still marked as processing. The PM is also not working for me. If you would like to assist me with the problem, please look up the order number and send it or cancel the order.
