Hi, @KongKing99.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We appreciate you reaching us with getting a pass for the NBA League. We'd be happy to help.

Here are the steps to add an app:

  1. Press Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Store
  3. Select Channels, then browse by genre, recommended, featured, top free, and other categories
  4. When you want to learn more about an app, press OK on your remote
  5. If the app is free, select Add channel; if the app requires a subscription, select OK to start a free trial or purchase a subscription

Through the NBA App, you can subscribe to NBA League Pass catch to every basketball game live or on-demand (except for regional blackouts).

To see live and upcoming NBA games, simply navigate to the Sports section of your home screen to see where and when to watch.

Furthermore, you may visit this blog on how to stream NBA games live on Roku devices

We hope you find this information helpful.

Regards,
Reynan

Hi, @MelvinMiller.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We'd be happy to assist you with having an issue with adding a subscription to your account.

Where are you trying to purchase the subscription? Is it through the website, or on your streaming device?

In addition, have you tried checking the email address associated with your streaming device? To ensure that you input the correct email. To check: Home > Settings > System > About.

You can also sign up for a subscription directly through your streaming device. Simply locate the app in the Streaming Store or in The Roku Channel, select Subscribe, and then follow the provided instructions.

We hope this will be sorted out soon.

Regards,
Reynan

I have a roku acct, and I have paid for nba league pass. I have installed and reinstalled the nba app onto roku.

The nba app on roku keeps requiring that I "Link to TV provider" but I don't have one. I don't have any cable provider, I get tv over roku via wifi
