There doesn't appear to be a link or way to check on RMA status on the website. We sent back our defective unit 3 weeks ago and it was received a few days later at Roku warranty center. RMA 498057 if there is anyone out there from Roku that can help point us in the right direction so we can see what's what please advise, Thank you.

OK, it has been two weeks and no resolution posted.
What do I do with my defective Roku2 XD? Where do I send it to be evaluated/fixed/replaced?
I cannot see a single show using this thing while the other one in the living room works fine.
