Just subbed to the Max add-in but needed to update my payment info, mid process...
Now my card has been billed, yet my account doesn't show the subscription.
I'm not paying twice to start the subscription. I'd prefer to cancel and get refunded

Important update...ROKU was on it...I just received a refund for the add-in.
Still subbed directly through channel but not paying a double subscription for the Add-in applied to ROKU channel
I must say, that is a 1st
I am impressed. Worthy of a 2nd chance inthe future.
