I'm getting charged for a subscription but when I check it's saying no active subscriptions. I need a customer service number to get help and refund
Roku account/payment support starts at https://support.roku.com/contactus.
After checking Roku customer support, also check those subscription services you may have signed up for independently of Roku.
If none of those services match what you have, then I suggest contacting your bank/credit card and reporting those charges.
