I did not authorization anyone to subscribe to Nowthattv!plus how do I get a refund

We understand that you received an unauthorized charge on your account. You may manage or cancel your subscription by clicking here. You can also directly contact our Account and Billing team for a refund request. Visit our Support page and select the "Account, Payments, and Subscriptions" category. You will have the option to either call or chat with us.

@angela9 I would suggest adding a pin number to your device to prevent unauthorized subscriptions as well as changing your passwords to your accounts just in case someone has hacked your account.

 

You could also report this unauthorized charge to your bank/credit card company.
