On Sept 5, I ordered a new Roku 4k Stick and had it shipped overnight because I was going on vacation in less than a week. I got a tracking number from FedEx the next day saying they hadn't yet received the device to ship. 3 days later I sent an email asking where my Roku was. They said the case would be investigated. Never heard a word before my plane left on vacation 2 days later. My assumption is the package would be at home when I returned but that has not been the case. I've sent two more emails to customer support but no response. Is anyone at home at Roku? Can anyone suggest another approach that might get someone's attention?
