We understand that you've been charged for a subscription you did not sign up for. We're here to help.
This might happen when you sign in using a different account or create a new one. To avoid this from happening again, you may try adding a PIN to your account and ensuring that you use your ATT credentials if you have a subscription directly to the channel provider.
Here's how:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Under Device settings, select PIN/Parental controls
- To set up a PIN, select Create a PIN
