Too much conflict between payments on Roku. Please explain. One is for Roku one is for Frndly and the payments are different. Please explain. 6.99; 7.99 or 85.99 no matter what button you press. Please let me know who I can call for someone who can clarify this thank you

It can definitely get confusing with different payments on Roku and Frndly.I'd suggest reaching out to their customer service for clarification. They're the pros when it comes to sorting out payment matters. Hopefully, they can help you figure out those pricing mysteries!Also, I wanted to mention that I stumbled upon a blog post that might be interesting, though it's about call intercept. I am convinced Roku is a Satanic operation .
I once subbed to peacock for the olympics, but did not find the sport i wanted. It was nearly impossible to cancel that because the roku tv has a different user than me. Their person on the phone took the data from the tv and cancelled my subscription.
After that Roku started charging me 55.21/ month. i have successfully disputed a couple of those charges. When i log into roku it says i don't have an account even though the are some how charging me.
I even got a new credit card number but they gave the info to roku in spite of the fact that i have been disputing the charges.
In summary i can't find a customer support number; i m being charged in spite of not having an account. This looks like a criminal operation. i should be charging you for all the time i am wasting when i search for tthe phone # , and dispute the charges every month.

@rooster808 I suspect that you are not being charged by Roku. Never do a google search for a Roku phone number. Follow the advice of @RokuRhea-V and contact Roku support through the actual Roku system. When you login to Roku you mean it says you don't have any subscriptions. You obviousily have a Roku account or you could not login. When you talk about the person on the phone taking the data from the TV and cancelling your subscription that does not sound like actual Roku support. If Roku is the one charging you $55.21 per month the subscription would show on your Roku account. Is it possible you have more than one Roku account with a different email address?
