There are several posts about contacting customer service as well as a number of posts regarding scammers disguising charges to look like they are Roku charges. You can check those posts by the moderators in this forum as well as the direct links to Roku customer service or
You can go to Roku support here https://support.roku.com/
Scroll down to agent support, click the link, Accounts & payments, Question about a charge, then you should be given the option to chat/talk with customer support. I think they are available until 10 pm EST.
If Roku can't find any subscription charges and/or resolve it for you, then you were not charged by Roku and either you are being charged by another subscription service, or your card information may have been compromised. Check to make sure you don't have any subscriptions that you might have signed up and pay directly. If it is a case where you failed to cancel an auto-renewal, then Roku or the subscription service most likely won't refund you.
If you do not have any valid subscriptions (either accidental or not), then set up a pin to prevent accidental/unauthorized purchases and/or remove your card information from your Roku account, unless you plan to have a subscription paid through Roku. A pin is always a good idea for preventing accidental purchases.
If you have no subscriptions that you signed up for, then contact your card/bank and report it. There have been a number of posts regarding scammers charging subscriptions and making it look like it is Roku or other valid subscription services charging you, when in reality, it is not. You should never wait months before reporting an unauthorized charge.
