I want a refund because I wasn't aware that I was signing up for the Roku service...I thought I was setting up my new device, not signing up for a streaming app I don't need

If you are being charged for a service you do not recognize, please contact the billing team directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
