Please read the posts above. Roku has a way to check if they are billing you. It's easily found in your account information on their web page. If there's nothing there, then Roku is not the one billing you, and they can offer no assistance resolving the problem. Thieves with your stolen CC information can submit charges and put whatever name they like as the biller. They choose Roku because so many people have them, they are hoping their victims don't notice the charge. If this is what is happening, your only option is to contest the charge with your CC company, and request they cancel that card and issue you a new one.
