I keep getting charged for Roku CBS, I’ve logged into my account and it’s not on my subscriptions, I’ve gone to my billing page, I’ve logged on to CBS and can’t find anywhere to cancel it. Can anyone help?
Hi @Tstrang,
A warm welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for letting us know about your experience on your account with your CBS channel and for having trouble canceling the subscription.
If you purchased your subscription through Roku, we advise you to contact our Accounts and Billing team. They are the experts in handling this type of concern. You can visit our support page at Roku Accounts and Billing.
Moreover, you can check if you have an active subscription by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking subscriptions, or you can review your purchase history and charges on your account.
Suppose you purchase the subscription directly from the channel provider. In that case, we advise you to contact the CBS channel directly because many channels/apps on Roku are created, maintained, and updated by the channel providers themselves. You can contact them here: CBS Support.
In addition, you can also visit our Support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription.
We hope this information helps you. If you have any other concerns or questions, please keep us posted.
All the best,
Chel
