Re: How to contact Roku Support?
The Roku Support page online is a joke and a never ending loop that doesn't get people answers. I have a charge on my credit card that's being billed monthly and says Roku. My account says I don't have any subscriptions so I'm not sure how to make that stop, and there's no customer service at this company, only pages to read that don't solve my issue.

Re: How to contact Roku Support?
@SaminChicago have you read any of the previous posts? It's simple to determine if they are legitimate Roku charges. Log into your Roku user account on your computer. Look under the Subscription link. If there's something there, you are being charged by Roku and it can be managed/canceled right there.
If there's nothing listed under Subscriptions, you are NOT being billed by Roku, regardless of what your CC statement says. Thieves get your CC information from the dark web and submit a bogus charge. They can enter any name they want to say who is billing the charge, and they often use Roku because so many people have one. If this is the case, you need to contest the charge with your CC company, and ask them to cancel your card and issue you a new one with a different number.

Re: How to contact Roku Support?
@Jennyo what is that a screenshot of? It doesn't look like the Roku app. Have you confirmed any subscriptions on your Roku user web page? If not, that's the first place to look. If there's nothing there, then you are not being charged by Roku, despite what the charge itself might say.

This has been answered numerous times. Go to the Roku support contact page , select the proper category, and follow the prompts.
If you had stated what your issue was, perhaps we could have helped you right here and saved you some time.

Re: How to contact Roku Support?
Hi, @John3-16.
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We appreciate you reaching us about being charged even it's already canceled.
Make sure that the subscription is already canceled to avoid any future charges on your account.
Here's how:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to My subscriptions
- Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
Note: If “Roku,” “Roku for,” or "The Roku Channel" is not referenced, it’s not a charge from Roku. For more information about a charge that didn’t come from Roku, contact your bank or card issuer.
Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Reynan

Re: How to contact Roku Support?
@Rossr First, check your Roku user account web page and look at the Subscriptions tab. If nothing is listed, then Roku did not charge you. If there is something there, you can modify/cancel any subscription there.
If there is no subscription on your Roku user page, then you are being scammed. It is not Roku billing you, regardless of what the CC statement says. The scammer can enter any text they want in a name box, and they often use Roku simply because so many people own one. If this is the case, you need to contest the charge with your CC company. Roku cannot assist because they did not submit the charge.
