How to contact Roku Support for a charge?
I too am getting really ticked off at this thing. It charged me and still will not let me into my acct.. how do I talk to a human.

I can not get Newsmax + to download on my tv through Roku. The subscription has been paid and is up to date. I have rebooted my internet, checked my roku for new updates, reset my connection, and tv settings.

Could you let me know if you spot any error codes when trying to add Newsmax+ on your Roku? Meanwhile, why not give this a shot? Just head to Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart. Once your Roku is back up, try adding the app again.

@ROKU Yeah. That doesn't help with what I need . I need to speak with a LIVE AGENT.I keep being charged 2x's for my apps because I can't reach you people!

@TrinaMoor If you go to the link provided by the moderator in this post and scroll down on that page where it says agent support (Check support options)..click that, accounts & payments, click that, question about a charge, then you should be given an option to chat/talk with a Roku support person.
