I currently have the Disney Plus bundle with Hulu (with commercials). I would like to keep all except do Hulu commercial free. Not very app proficient, so step by step instructions please. My subscription renews on the 14, so want to maximize my subscription. I have read you have to cancel and basically start all over. That sounds inefficient. Advice please.

That is stupid. Neither one of you answered his question and just kicked the can down the road "its disney's problem" mentality shows you have no feel for what customer service entails. Like me, i suspect this person went through all kinds of menus on their account and couldn't find it so they reach out to you and you give them a canned response and say to contact them. Pathetic.
