I keep getting emails from Roku for Peacock and Outtv, I am tired of these emails telling me that my subscription has expired, and you want me to update my payment information. I will not do that please cancel these, because I cannot do it.
If it says it has expired, then you presumably are not getting charged? Unfortunately, it looks like the only email notifications you can turn off are marketing. You can try turning that off if it is on.
I received an email from Peacock begging me to come back , after cancelling months ago and being billed $13.99
This is through Roku , and it’s been going on for months ..
I want to cancel and I’d like credit for the months I have been billed AFTER cancelling

To cancel the subscription, you may follow the steps posted above by @RokuCarly.
In addition to that, if you're unable to locate the charge you may try checking the email address associated with your streaming device. To check: Home > Settings > System > About.
As for the credit, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.
Furthermore, you may also cancel your subscription through your streaming device. Visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

I have rebuted didn't help. Ruku dose not have me peacock listed l got that far once so I couldn't click on to cancel . Working on this for 4 days getting upset should not be this hard my age 81 !!! Ruku does not have phone I can talk to anyone. Please fix sorry I every got peacock,!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tryed on tv can't get manage subscription to come up . IMHAVE TRYED EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN RECOMMEND AND NOTHING WORKS
